I make tableware: plates, bowls, platters and cups from my studio in my Island Bay garden.

I believe in living daily life with handmade objects that enrich experiences with our friends and family. I love making stacks, groups and individual pieces using similar forms with warm, natural coloured glazes.

My work is influenced by the early New Zealand studio potters.  I work with a variety of New Zealand stoneware clay, blending wild clay and making my own glazes.
